01 / Sample options
Choose your

Both stock and custom samples are paid. International courier charges are additional.
Option / 01
Stock sample
Review an available warehouse sample in its existing configuration. Availability and the sample fee are confirmed for the requested item.
Paid sample International courier charged separately
Option / 02
Custom sample
After assessing your requirements and manufacturing feasibility, we can make a paid sample to the agreed specifications.
Usually about 7 days to make International courier charged separately
The sample-making estimate excludes international shipping.
Sample-fee credit
Credit toward a qualifying bulk order
When the corresponding bulk order meets the MOQ, the sample fee is credited in full as agreed. International courier charges and mold fees are not included in the credit.
The standard production MOQ is 500 pieces per model, size and color. Different models, sizes or colors cannot be combined to meet that quantity.

Sample development
Cardboard pattern
Samples for new sizes are usually made using a cardboard pattern. A sample pattern is separate from the formal mold used for bulk production.
Production preparation
Formal production mold
When a formal mold is needed, making it generally takes about 7-15 days. This time is separate from the normal production period of approximately 50 calendar days.
Mold fee
Non-refundable and not credited against the order.
Custody
Kept by the factory for the customer's exclusive use.
Repeat orders
The existing mold can usually be reused for the same size and structure without paying the original mold fee again.
Production queue time and international transport are also separate from the approximate 50-day production period. Timing and costs are confirmed for each order.
