Laznest Outdoor

Laznest Outdoor / OEM & ODM

Your brief. A defined development path.

Air mattress customization.
Start with what is confirmed.

Source an existing SKU, assess changes to an existing model, or develop from your drawings. We help air mattress, camping, and home & sleep brands turn requirements into a factory-reviewed specification.

Laznest is a China-based foreign trade sales company, not a factory owner. We coordinate sourcing, quotations, samples, and production with cooperating factories.

01 / Choose your starting point

Three paths. Clear approval points.

PATH A / EXISTING SKU

Source a catalog model

Best when a published model is close to your requirements. Publication does not mean ready stock.

  1. 01. Select the SKU and share your market, quantity, and timing.
  2. 02. Confirm the current specification, pump, accessories, packaging, and quotation.
  3. 03. Review a sample as needed and approve the final order documents.

PATH B / EXISTING MODEL MODIFICATION

Adapt a reference SKU

Start with its recorded OEM options. A change available for one SKU is not automatically available for another.

  1. 01. Identify the reference SKU and list each requested change.
  2. 02. Obtain factory feasibility, cost, tooling, and sample requirements.
  3. 03. Approve the revised sample and specification before production.

PATH C / BUYER DRAWINGS

Assess a new design

A drawing-led development request, not a promise of existing production capability.

  1. 01. Share authorized drawings, intended use, target market, and acceptance requirements.
  2. 02. Review factory feasibility, development costs, testing needs, and timing.
  3. 03. Develop and approve the sample before committing to production.

02 / Directions to assess

Define the change, not just the look.

These are discussion topics, not all-model capabilities. Each proposed combination requires SKU-specific factory review and an approved sample.

Size
Provide inflated length and width, units, tolerances, and tent, vehicle, or room constraints. Revised structure and packaging need assessment.
Bed height
Specify your required inflated height. Factory review must address structure and sample performance; added height does not prove insulation or load capacity.
Color
Provide color references for each surface. Material availability, color matching, and minimum quantities remain subject to confirmation.
Logo
Supply authorized artwork, dimensions, placement, and colors. Printing method and placement require review. Logo customization generally starts at 500 units.
Packaging
Define the box, artwork, instructions, labels, and shipping marks. Ordinary paper boxes are usually included; color boxes are quoted separately.
Pump configuration
State the preferred pump type and whether it should be included. Compatibility, power requirements, and any battery transport documentation need SKU-specific review. Pumps are not included by default.

Material and structure changes, including TPU or drop-stitch proposals, require separate feasibility and sample evaluation. No universal performance or certification claim is made.

03 / Model-by-model references

Recorded options. Visible limitations.

This selection references published products marked Verified and publication-reviewed, with recorded OEM options. The notes below belong to the individual SKU; they do not establish capability across the catalog or approve a new configuration.

SKU-specific OEM references: Pending confirmation

No qualifying SKU was found in the reviewed catalog selection. This section requires a published product with a recorded SKU, Verified status, completed publication review, and recorded OEM options. No illustrative model or customization capability has been invented.

Share your reference SKU or specification brief for a model-by-model assessment.

04 / Commercial checkpoints

Agree the details.
Then start production.

The final PI, approved specification, sample, and written agreement govern your order. Timelines below are typical planning references, not delivery guarantees.

Minimum order quantity
Usually at least 500 units for each model × size × color combination. Different combinations cannot be pooled to meet the minimum. Mixed logos or packaging: Pending confirmation.
Paid samples
Sample fees and international courier charges are collected first. Sampling generally takes about 7 days, with shipping additional; project-specific timing must be confirmed. The sample fee can be fully credited against a subsequent bulk order. Buyer-requested changes to confirmed requirements may incur re-sampling costs.
Quotation and payment
Customer quotations are in USD, with bulk orders mainly FOB. Formal quotations usually remain valid for 10 or 15 days, as stated in the quotation. Typical payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance, subject to the PI. Payment must come from the PI buyer to the seller's matching corporate account; screenshots are not proof of receipt.
Production timing
Typically about 50 calendar days after the 30% deposit is actually received and all production information is finally confirmed. Major Chinese holidays or shutdowns extend the schedule. Shipping time is separate. All amounts due for shipment must be received before loading or dispatch.

05 / Development boundaries

Protect the design. Confirm the evidence.

Factory feasibility first

Laznest coordinates the review; cooperating factories manufacture the product. Technical feasibility, costs, tooling, and development timing must be confirmed before commitments are made.

Sample and version approval

Confirm dimensions, material, appearance, pump, accessories, packaging, and agreed test requirements. Approve the sample and final document version before production. Market-specific compliance evidence must match the SKU and configuration.

Buyer-owned information

Your exclusive drawings, logos, and exclusive outcomes belong to you and must not be displayed or reused without permission. Where an NDA is needed, agree confidentiality obligations before sharing sensitive files and require corresponding commitments from factories accessing them.

06 / Prepare your project brief

A useful brief makes
the next step clearer.

Choose Path A, B, or C and prepare the information listed here. Mark anything unknown as Pending confirmation. Do not send confidential drawings until the sharing and confidentiality arrangements are agreed.
