The 2026 catalog includes 16 PVC air mattresses and 5 drop-stitch air mattresses. All 21 models can be considered for orders; some may require renewed sampling, technical assessment, or production scheduling.

Most models have a flocked top; some use other surfaces. Size, thickness, surface, and color can be assessed for customization.

Internal fibers connect the upper and lower surfaces to create a flatter, more rigid inflated structure. Thickness and surface options can be assessed for your project.

Both constructions may be suitable for indoor or outdoor use depending on the model. Catalog availability does not mean an item is in stock or ready for immediate production.

Production MOQ

Standard production starts at 500 pieces per model, size, and color. Different models, sizes, or colors cannot be combined to reach this minimum.

Samples are charged, with international shipping paid separately. Custom samples typically take about 7 days, excluding international shipping.

Normal production takes about 50 calendar days. Production queue, any required production tooling, and international transit are additional.

Factory review

Laznest Outdoor manufactures in its own Shenzhen factory. In-person or video factory visits can be arranged by appointment.
