Discuss size, bed height, material, color, logo, packaging, structure, or pump configuration. Availability, tooling, cost, and testing must be confirmed with the partner factory for the specific model.
Customer drawings and exclusive designs must not be displayed or reused without permission. If an NDA is required, discuss confidentiality arrangements before sharing sensitive files.
- Minimum order quantity
- Usually at least 500 units per model × size × color combination. Different combinations cannot be pooled to meet this minimum; logo and packaging arrangements require confirmation.
- Sample evaluation
- Sample and international courier fees are paid in advance. Sampling is generally around 7 days, excluding transit and subject to the brief. Sample fees can be credited in full against a subsequent bulk order.
- Production planning
- Usually around 50 calendar days after the 30% deposit is actually received and all production information is finally confirmed. Major Chinese holidays or shutdowns may extend the schedule; shipping time is additional.

Agree the model, material version, dimensions, pump, accessories, and packaging against the approved sample and final written specifications.
Define the inspection
Discuss seams, valves, air retention, dimensions, and packaging checks. Sampling rates and acceptance thresholds require SKU-specific agreement; a 24-hour observation is not itself a universal pass standard.

Is Laznest Outdoor a manufacturer?
No. Laznest Outdoor is a China-based trading company working with partner factories. Overseas buyers contract with Laznest; the partner factories carry out production. We coordinate sourcing, quotations, samples, production communication, inspection arrangements, and export documentation.
What should we include in our sourcing brief?
Share your brand, target market, indoor or camping use, required dimensions and bed height, material preferences, pump and accessory requirements, packaging, quantity per model/size/color, and intended purchasing date. Unknown details can remain pending confirmation.
Are pumps and accessories included?
Not by default. Pump type, whether it is included, and the accessory list must be confirmed for each SKU and recorded in the quotation and final order documents. Scene props shown in photographs are not automatically included.
How are bulk orders quoted and paid?
Bulk quotations are normally in USD on an FOB basis, with the port and other terms confirmed for the order. Payment is normally 30% deposit and 70% balance, unless different written milestones are agreed. Production starts only after the deposit is actually received and final production information is confirmed. All amounts due at the shipment or release milestone must be received before shipment or controlled release.
Do all models have the same tests or certifications?
No. Applicable requirements depend on the exact model, material, intended use, target market, and any pump or battery configuration. Request SKU-matched evidence. Missing documentation or specifications must be marked pending confirmation, not assumed.
