After-Sales & Quality Feedback

Clear order references. Carefully reviewed evidence. A handling plan agreed in writing.

Laznest Outdoor is a Chinese trading company working with partner factories, not a manufacturer with its own factory. We review reported quality issues and coordinate investigation and appropriate handling under the applicable Proforma Invoice (PI), supporting evidence and written agreement.

Review the feedback process

01 / The review sequence

From feedback to an agreed next step.

  1. Collect the order details

Provide the PI or order reference, model or SKU, affected quantity and a description of the issue. Include when it was noticed and relevant use conditions. Mark unavailable details "pending confirmation."

  2. Review the batch and evidence

We check available batch details, the confirmed specification and relevant defect photos or videos. Additional information may be needed; evidence is reviewed before a cause or remedy is concluded.

  3. Coordinate the investigation

Laznest communicates with the relevant partner factory to investigate the reported issue and review possible corrective actions. Findings and any unresolved questions are discussed with the buyer.

  4. Agree on appropriate handling

Where appropriate, the parties may agree on repair, replenishment, compensation, refund or future-order credit. The applicable PI, evidence and written agreement determine the handling--not an automatic entitlement.

02 / Useful information

Make the issue traceable.

Keep the original files and explain what each image or video shows. Share only information relevant to the reported issue.

If an air mattress becomes softer, describe the conditions rather than assuming a leak. Initial material stretch and temperature changes may also be relevant; the cause requires review.

Feedback checklist

Order reference
PI number or original order reference; model or SKU and confirmed specification.
Affected quantity
Number of units affected and number checked, if known. Keep estimates distinct from verified counts.
Issue description
Observed symptoms, date noticed, use conditions and any checks already performed.
Batch identification
Available batch markings, carton labels or shipment details. Unknown identifiers: pending confirmation.
Photos or videos
A product overview and clear views of the affected area. Avoid including unrelated personal or commercial information.

03 / Spare units

1% spares.
Not a claim limit.

As agreed for the shipment, partner factories may provide 1% free same-model spare units, which Laznest passes on to the buyer free of charge. Confirm the applicable quantity and arrangement in the order documents.

These spare units are neither a compensation ceiling nor an unconditional refund guarantee.

A reported quality issue is reviewed separately. Any agreed remedy, quantity, costs and fulfillment arrangements should be confirmed in writing under the applicable PI and supporting evidence.

04 / Confidential evidence

Keep customer information out of public view.

Customer identities, order details, proprietary drawings and complaint evidence must not be publicly displayed or reused without authorization. Use the agreed private communication channel and clarify any restrictions before sharing material for factory investigation.

Do not submit confidential evidence through this draft page. The feedback contact and secure file-sharing arrangements are pending confirmation.
