Laznest Outdoor is an air mattress manufacturer with its own factory in Shenzhen. Major manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection and packaging take place at our facility.

02 / Process & quality
From materials
to packed units.
The following are confirmed in-house practices. The tour format and areas shown will be discussed when arranging your visit.

Incoming materials
Key PVC and drop-stitch materials are checked for properties such as thickness and appearance, with checks varying by material.

Production checks
Materials and semi-finished items undergo sampled light inspection during production.

Inflation & leak testing
Every finished PVC and drop-stitch mattress undergoes a 24-48-hour inflation and leak test. Abnormal units are reworked and retested or scrapped and replaced.

Packaging verification
Each packaged unit is weighed against the corresponding model, size and configuration. Unusual weights are investigated, with missing accessories added and the package reweighed.
In-house checks are not third-party certification and do not establish compliance with every destination market's requirements.
