The specific SKU, confirmed requirements, and agreed acceptance criteria.
01 / The order journey
Eight stages. One clear sequence.
Read in numbered order. Sampling is optional; payment and production confirmation gates are not.
-
Requirements
Stage 1: Inquiry & specification confirmation
Share your target market, intended use, dimensions, material, bed height, pump configuration, packaging, quantity, and purchasing schedule.
Missing or conflicting details remain pending confirmation. Pumps and accessories are not included by default.
Next: confirmed requirements for factory assessment.
-
Feasibility & quotation
Stage 2: Cooperating factory assessment & formal USD quotation
We assess product and customization feasibility with cooperating factories before issuing a formal quotation in USD. Bulk orders are mainly quoted FOB; the loading port is order-specific.
Formal quotations are usually valid for 10 or 15 days, as stated. Expired quotations require a new formal quotation.
Next: review the quoted specifications and commercial terms.
-
As needed
Stage 3: Paid sampling
If sampling is needed, the sample fee and international courier fee are collected first. Sample preparation generally takes about seven days; transit time is additional.
The sample fee can be fully credited against a subsequent bulk order. Customer-requested changes to confirmed requirements carry the corresponding resampling costs.
Next: review the sample and confirm the final order requirements.
-
Payment gate
Stage 4: Bulk-order PI & 30% deposit received
The bulk-order proforma invoice (PI) is manually checked against the final specifications, quantity, USD amount, FOB terms, payment conditions, and delivery conditions.
A PI alone does not start production. The 30% deposit must actually reach the seller's account, and all production information must be finally confirmed.
Payment screenshots are not proof of funds received.
-
Production follow-up
Stage 5: Production & QC coordination
After both start conditions are met, production generally takes about 50 calendar days, including weekends. Major Chinese holidays or shutdowns extend the schedule; this is not a delivery-to-destination promise.
We coordinate production updates and inspection arrangements. Material, dimensions, seams, valves, air retention, pumps, and packaging checks are confirmed for the specific SKU and order.
Nonconforming findings require factory correction and reinspection.
-
Release gate
Stage 6: 70% balance actually received
Standard customer payment terms are a 30% deposit and 70% balance, or the agreed installment milestones recorded in the PI.
All amounts due at the applicable release milestone must actually be received before container loading, shipment, or controlled cargo release can proceed.
The buyer pays the PI seller's same-entity corporate USD account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
-
Export handover
Stage 7: FOB export coordination
Booking coordination generally begins about 14 days before expected goods readiness. We can work with a buyer-nominated forwarder or a mutually agreed cooperating forwarder for FCL or LCL shipments.
We coordinate commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declaration, and shipment follow-up. The cooperating factory handles on-site loading.
Telex release requires both receipt of all amounts due and Laznest's explicit authorization.
-
Receipt & feedback
Stage 8: After-sales feedback
We follow up on actual receipt and quality feedback. An order is treated as complete only after the customer confirms there are no quality issues; silence is not automatic acceptance.
Reported issues are reviewed with the cooperating factory. Depending on the verified findings and agreement, remedies may include repair, replacement supply, compensation, refund, or a credit against a later order.
Free same-model spare units equal to 1% of each batch are passed on to the customer--not a liability cap.
02 / Before committing
Agree the details. Then proceed.
MOQ & packaging
The usual minimum is 500 units for each model × size × color combination. Different combinations cannot be pooled to meet that minimum. Logo customization generally starts at 500 units.
Ordinary paper boxes are usually included in the price. Color boxes cost extra. Labels, shipping marks, pumps, and accessories are checked against the order.
SKU-specific inspection
Inspection scope, sampling rates, test conditions, and acceptance thresholds must be confirmed for the specific SKU and agreed requirements. Customer or third-party inspection can be arranged where needed.
A 24-hour air-retention observation is not a universal pass standard. We do not promise zero leakage or a uniform inspection pass rate.
Changes & confidentiality
Material order or design changes require written confirmation and, where necessary, revised PI and production documents. Major differences from the confirmed version pause the affected batch for reconfirmation.
Customer-specific drawings, logos, and exclusive work belong to the customer and are not displayed or reused without permission. NDA commitments can be coordinated when required.
A considered partnership
Clear in responsibility.
Careful at every handover.
