Guide 01 / Product structure
PVC vs. Drop-Stitch.Choose by requirement.
The two constructions differ in how the mattress holds its shape. The right direction depends on the specific product brief—not a blanket assumption that one structure is always better.
PVC / Model 10010Air chambers or support beams
Drop-stitch / Model 10202Internal fibers connect the surfaces
Structure comparison
| Comparison | PVC air mattress | Drop-stitch air mattress |
|---|---|---|
| Internal structure | Uses air chambers or support beams inside the mattress. | Uses internal fibers to connect the upper and lower surfaces. |
| Surface & feel | The surface and feel depend on the chamber design and the specific model. | The fiber structure can create a flatter surface; actual feel remains model-dependent. |
| Selection factors | Compare intended use, dimensions, surface feel, packed weight, pump and target cost. | Compare the same product requirements; do not assume lighter weight or higher durability without SKU data. |
| Use scenarios | Can be suitable for indoor or outdoor use, depending on the model and specification. | Can also be suitable for indoor or outdoor use, depending on the model and specification. |
| Final confirmation | Confirm the exact SKU, product information and sample before making a selection. | Confirm the exact SKU, product information and sample before making a selection. |
- 01Define the use
Start with the intended user, environment and product positioning.
- 02Set the dimensions
Confirm width, length, height and any space or packing constraints.
- 03Compare the experience
Review surface feel, pump configuration and the actual sample.
- 04Confirm by SKU
Use verified weight, cost and product data for the final decision.
No structure should be described as automatically more durable, lighter or suitable for every scenario without supporting product information. Compare the exact models under consideration.
Define your product briefGuide 02 / Sourcing checklist
Air mattress sourcing.Check before you order.
Use this checklist to align the product, customization, sample, quality and commercial details before confirming an order.
Per model × size × color combination. Different models, sizes or colors cannot be combined to meet this minimum.
A project reference, not a universal guarantee. Confirm the sample specifications, cost, freight and schedule.
Production time is counted only after the order’s confirmed starting conditions have been met.
Specification / Sample / ProductionGuide 02
-
01 / PRODUCT
Specifications and dimensions
Confirm the model, structure, intended use, length, width, height and other product-specific requirements.
-
02 / CONFIGURATION
Materials and air pump
Confirm material information, surface details, pump type, built-in components and any electrical or battery configuration.
-
03 / BRANDING
Customization and packaging
Align logo, color, artwork, labeling and packaging requirements before sample or production approval.
-
04 / SAMPLE
Sample confirmation
Confirm what the sample represents, its specifications, charges and international freight. Custom samples take about seven days as a reference.
-
05 / QUANTITY
MOQ by combination
Plan at least 500 pieces for each model × size × color combination; separate combinations cannot be pooled to reach the minimum.
-
06 / QUALITY
Inspection and evidence
Review the 24–48-hour finished-mattress inflation leak test, packed-unit weight checks and any factory or third-party inspection arrangement.
-
07 / TIMING
Production and delivery schedule
Use about 50 calendar days as the mass-production reference, starting only after the confirmed order conditions are met. Confirm delivery timing separately.
-
08 / PAYMENT
Written payment process
Confirm the payment method, currency, amount and payable stages in the written terms for the specific order.
Sample and production references should be reconfirmed for the actual project. No additional payment, tooling, sample or delivery policy is implied by this checklist.
Prepare your sourcing briefGuide 03 / Market compliance
Market compliance.Start with the exact SKU.
Compliance planning begins with the destination and the actual product configuration. Requirements must then be checked for that market and SKU.
- 01Identify the market
Define the destination country or region before finalizing the product.
- 02Freeze the configuration
Document the structure, materials, pump, electronics, labels and packaging.
- 03Check the requirements
Confirm applicable legal, certification, testing and documentation needs.
- 04Confirm before production
Resolve open questions with qualified advisers before approving the order.

- 01Target market
Confirm every destination country or region; do not assume one market’s requirements automatically apply elsewhere.
- 02Product configuration
Record the exact model, dimensions, structure, intended use and included components.
- 03Materials
Check material information and any market-specific chemical, product-safety or documentation requirements.
- 04Built-in electrics or batteries
Identify the pump, electrical ratings, battery presence and related requirements for the exact configuration.
- 05Labels
Confirm required product, safety, origin, electrical, battery and importer information where applicable.
- 06Packaging
Check packaging materials, markings, warnings, instructions and destination-specific packaging obligations.
- 07Transport documents
Confirm the shipping documents and any battery or product-specific transport information needed for the shipment.
Important: Specific legal, certification and testing requirements differ by country and product configuration and must be confirmed separately. This checklist does not state or imply that Laznest has obtained any particular certification.
