A considered first launch

Start with the market. Then choose the mattress.

Whether your brand already serves home, outdoor, travel or another consumer category, begin with the customer, selling channel and target price. We can discuss relevant models from our 21-product catalogue and assess the changes your launch needs.

01

Define your customer

Share the destination market, intended use, sales channel and the features your customers value.

02

Set your position

Work back from your intended retail price, allowing for freight, duties, fulfilment, marketing and returns as well as the product cost.

03

Select and validate

Compare suitable structures and configurations, then use a paid sample to assess the proposed product before committing to production.

Planning advice,
not a factory requirement

Consider launching with one or two suitable SKUs first. A smaller initial range can make it easier to evaluate customer response and manage inventory. You may choose a broader range when it fits your plan and each configuration meets its applicable MOQ.

Structure / Selection

Two structures.One brief.

Both structures may be suitable for indoor or outdoor use, depending on the model. Compare the specific mattress rather than assigning a use solely by material.

01 / PVC

PVC air mattresses

PVC models use air chambers or support structures. Many have flocked tops; some use other surfaces. Discuss the model, dimensions, surface and pump that fit your intended customer and price position.

02 / Drop-stitch

Drop-stitch air mattresses

Internal fibres connect the upper and lower surfaces to create a flatter, more rigid inflated structure. Construction and costs can be more complex; compare the particular model and configuration.

Dimensions & height

Compare the available footprint and height against sleeping space, storage, shipping and the intended customer experience. Custom dimensions can be assessed.

Surface & material

Review the surface, material specification and desired appearance for each model. Thickness and surface changes are subject to technical evaluation.

Pump & accessories

Discuss manual, electric or battery pump options, plugs, voltage and accessories for your configuration. Destination-market requirements and any applicable certifications must be checked separately.

The catalogue includes 16 PVC and 5 drop-stitch models. All can be ordered, although some require renewed sampling, technical evaluation or scheduling before production. Availability is not a promise of stock.

OEM / ODM

Make it yours.

Start with a catalogue model or share a brief for technical review. Our internal team assesses feasibility, sampling, dimensions and manufacturing details.

Product
Dimensions, height, surface, material thickness, colour, pump, valve and accessories can be evaluated by project.
Branding
Logo, packaging bag or colour box, instructions, UPC/EAN barcode, SKU labels and carton marks can be discussed.
Approval
We check the supplied brand design and send final electronic artwork for confirmation before production. Platform-specific labels require separate review against your current requirements.

Drop-stitch internal construction generally follows established designs; proposed changes require assessment.

MOQ / Samples / Timing

Plan backwards.Launch prepared.

Allow time for selection, sample review, approvals, production scheduling and shipping. The following are planning references, not a guaranteed delivery schedule.

01

MOQ

Regular production starts at 500 units per model, size and colour. Different models, sizes or colours cannot be combined to reach that minimum. Configurations that each meet their MOQ may be ordered together.

02

Paid samples

Stock and custom samples are charged; international courier fees are additional. Custom samples usually take about 7 days, excluding international shipping. For the corresponding subsequent order meeting the 500-unit MOQ, the sample fee is credited in full as agreed; courier and tooling fees are excluded.

03

Tooling when needed

A new-size sample may use a cardboard template. Where formal production tooling is needed, allow approximately 7-15 days separately from production. Formal tooling fees are non-refundable and not credited against the order. The factory holds the tooling exclusively for that customer; repeat orders of the same size and structure generally do not require the original tooling fee again.

04

Production & shipment

Normal production is approximately 50 calendar days. Queueing, any formal tooling and international transit are additional. Confirm the production start and delivery terms in the PI before committing to a launch date.

Before production

Confirm specifications, artwork, pricing and the PI. Production is scheduled once the signed PI, 30% T/T deposit, complete production information and applicable tooling and scheduling conditions are in place.

Before shipment

After inspection, the 70% balance is payable. Goods are loaded, shipped or released only after full payment is received. FOB port and shipping arrangements are confirmed for each order.

Your project brief

A clearer brief.A better start.

You do not need every detail finalised to begin. Share what you know so we can discuss relevant models and provide a reference quotation.

  • Target market and sales channel
  • Intended use and retail positioning
  • Preferred structure, size and height
  • Surface, pump and accessory needs
  • Logo, packaging and label requirements
  • Estimated quantity, budget and target date

Final pricing depends on the confirmed configuration, quantities and any applicable development or testing costs. Destination-market compliance should be reviewed for the specific product and pump.
