Logo & packaging customization

Your brand.
Every detail considered.

Discuss logo placement, labels, and packaging for your air mattress range. Start with a verified SKU, then confirm the artwork, contents, and packaging specification before production.

Laznest Outdoor is a China-based foreign trade sales company working with partner factories. We coordinate requirements, quotations, samples, and order documentation; we do not present partner factories as our own facilities.

Before we confirm your pack

Appearance is not the contents list.

  • Ordinary paper box: usually included in the quotation, subject to the specific packaging specification.
  • Color box: may incur an additional charge. Confirm this in the quotation and PI.
  • Pump and accessories: verify the SKU's recorded inclusion fields. Do not infer included items from photographs or illustrations.

01 / Actual SKU references

Real packaging first.
Evidence before appearance.

Product verification is not image authorization. Only manually approved, SKU-linked packaging close-ups are displayed here.

Verified packaging references: Pending Confirmation

No SKU currently meets this draft's data gate: verification status must be Verified and the product publication review must be recorded. Actual packaging images also require separate human approval of their source and display rights.

No model, packaging specification, price, photograph, or delivered-project claim has been substituted.

02 / Discussion illustrations

A simple starting point for your artwork.

The diagrams below contain no customer trademarks. They are schematic illustrations--not real product photographs, approved designs, or delivered projects. Placement, printing method, dimensions, colors, and packaging structure require factory review and sample confirmation.

Schematic illustration only

LOGO AREA

Logo placement

Discuss a proposed location, artwork size, and color. Suitability depends on the SKU and production method.

Schematic illustration only

LABEL AREA

Labels & instructions

Review language, SKU identification, warnings, and market-specific requirements. No compliance mark is implied.

Schematic illustration only

Ordinary paper box

Usually included in the quotation. Confirm structure, size, labels, and any printing separately.

Schematic illustration only

Color box

May be quoted separately. Artwork, printing, finish, and sample requirements affect the final specification.

03 / Commercial clarity

Agree the pack.
Record the terms.

The applicable quotation, final written specifications, and PI govern your order. Generic illustrations and reference photographs do not replace them.

MOQ & artwork variants
The usual minimum is 500 units per model × size × color combination; logo customization generally starts at 500 units. Combining different logo or packaging versions within an order requires confirmation. Different models, sizes, or colors do not automatically combine to meet the MOQ.
Samples & approval
Sample fees and international courier costs are paid before sampling. Sampling is generally around seven days, excluding transport, subject to the confirmed requirements and factory feasibility. Sample fees may be fully credited against a subsequent bulk order under the agreed terms. Buyer-requested changes may require additional sampling costs.
Production timing
The usual production reference is approximately 50 calendar days after the 30% deposit is actually received and all production materials are finally confirmed. Major Chinese holidays or stoppages may extend this period. This is not a delivery-to-destination promise.
Artwork ownership & confidentiality
Customer logos, drawings, and exclusive results must not be displayed or reused without permission. If an NDA is needed, discuss it before sharing confidential artwork so corresponding commitments can be arranged with the partner factory.

04 / Approval sequence

From brief to a confirmed specification.

  1. 01

    Choose the SKU

Identify the model, market, quantity, pump inclusion, and exact accessories. Resolve missing details before formal pricing.

  2. 02

    Review the artwork

Provide authorized files, placement instructions, label text, and box requirements for factory feasibility and cost review.

  3. 03

    Confirm the sample

Agree the required sample scope and review the appearance, contents, and artwork version. Record revisions in writing.

  4. 04

    Finalize the PI

Confirm specifications, quantities, packaging charges, and timing. Production requires actual deposit receipt and final materials approval.

05 / Buyer questions

Know what you are approving.

Is a retail color box included?

Not by default. An ordinary paper box is usually included, while a color box may cost extra. Confirm the exact box and any additional charges in the quotation and PI.

Does a pump shown in an image come with the mattress?

An image is not evidence of inclusion. Check the SKU's pump inclusion record and included accessories list, then confirm them in the final order specification. Optional or unconfirmed items must not be treated as standard contents.

Are the illustrations examples of completed customer orders?

No. They are generic discussion diagrams only. They do not establish delivered projects, printing capability for every SKU, product contents, or a finalized packaging design.

Can you confirm labels for my target market?

We can coordinate a review of the requested SKU and available factory documentation. Applicable labeling and compliance requirements depend on the destination, intended use, and electrical or battery configuration. No universal certification or pre-approved label set is claimed.
