Confirm the brief, coordinate a sample, and review it before moving toward a bulk order. Laznest Outdoor is a Chinese trading company working with partner factories--not an owner of manufacturing facilities.

01 / The sample journey

Five steps. One confirmed brief.

A static overview of the process, not a live order tracker.

  1. Confirm requirements & drawings

    Review the target market, intended use, specifications, and any authorized drawings. Resolve open details and identify the confirmed version before sampling.

  2. Prepay sample & courier fees

    Confirm the sample arrangement and international courier cost. Both fees are payable in advance; payment is recognized only upon actual receipt.

  3. Coordinate partner-factory sampling

    Laznest coordinates the confirmed brief and schedule with a partner factory. The factory makes the sample; feasibility and timing require its confirmation.

  4. Dispatch the sample

    Confirm recipient details and the shipping arrangement, then dispatch the sample. International transport time is separate from the sampling period.

  5. Collect feedback & agree next steps

    Compare the sample with the confirmed requirements. Share feedback and agree in writing on acceptance, revisions, or any resampling before proceeding.

02 / Commercial clarity

Understand the sample terms.

Sample-fee credit

Sample fees can be fully credited against a subsequent bulk order. Confirm the credit amount and how it will be applied in the bulk-order agreement.

This credit concerns the sample fee. It does not promise a credit for international courier fees.

Revisions & resampling

Resampling costs and responsibility depend on the confirmed requirements, the reason for resampling, and the specific agreement.

If you change requirements already confirmed, you are responsible for the corresponding resampling costs, as agreed. Do not assume every repeat sample is free.

03 / Prepare your brief

Make the next conversation specific.

Provide the details you already know. Missing information stays Pending Confirmation rather than being assumed.

  • Target country, intended use, and product reference
  • Requested dimensions, materials, and configuration
  • Authorized drawings, branding, and packaging requirements
  • Sample quantity, recipient details, and preferred timing

Share only materials you are authorized to disclose. Any confidentiality requirements should be agreed before sharing proprietary drawings.
